The Run Log - is a trusted and vital tool of firefighters and rescue personnel across the country. While indispensable, the book of grids, sections streets and addresses can quickly become outdated. Without constant upkeep and fieldwork to add new homes, businesses and streets, the Run Book can quickly lose its integrity.

IntraSearch, Inc. provides a solid methodology to create up-to-date electronic Run Books which can be easily edited and amended by the customer and re-printed on a standard desktop printer.

We first create a digital copy of the district’s current Run Book. This information is digitized and overlaid on the latest aerial photography (see www.MapMart.com). IntraSearch adds new street and building locations which are identifiable on the aerial photography and do not appear on the current book.

From the digital Run Book data, IntraSearch can provide large (50" x 100") wall maps for each fire station and command center. The maps display street grids, district and political boundaries overlaid on current aerial photography. We can also supply GIS software for cost effective in-house updating and map printing.
