| Aerial Photography
Do you require historical or recent aerial photography of a site anywhere in the continental United States?
IntraSearch, a leading supplier of historical and recent aerial photography, owns and operates its own aircraft. Our experienced
flight crew can obtain vertical and oblique imagery using color, infrared or black and white formats. Flights are concentrated in
the central and western states, but we can secure new aerial photography anywhere in the United States.
For a small search fee we can promptly research and report the existence and source; scale, film type and date of such
photography. Sources checked include our own extensive aerial film library, other private company libraries and governmental
agencies.
All we need is a specific location description, a faxed map example, latitude and longitude, and/or township and range. From the
following request form, IntraSearch can then advise and acquire the appropriate photography.
Historic photography is an invaluable resource when examining the environmental, planning, and
construction history of an area. Using our extensive collection of aerial photography and available commercial and government
archives, IntraSearch can locate and acquire a comprehensive inventory of all available historic photography of a specific site
dating back as far as the mid-1930's.
A full service in-house photo lab produces contact prints, film diapositives and photographic
enlargements used in a wide variety of mapping applications. The IntraSearch Digital Imaging department also utilizes two Vexcel
VX-4000 photogrammetric film scanners producing high resolution digital images up to 3400 dpi.
